Delivery Information
DELIVERY: Delivery of products and services within the city limits will be carried out with the agreed deliver schedule by arranging sellers transportation to the receiving area address specified in customer's order documentation. GCSL will not be liable due to non-performance caused by acts of God, war, labor difficulties, accidents, inability to obtain materials, delays of carriers, contractors or suppliers or any other causes of any kind whatever beyond the control of GCSL.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:
If GCSL is unable to meet customer's product delivery requirements,
customer may cancel that order, if cancellation is the customer's sole
remedy and can be done upon providing written notice.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
No order may be cancelled, rescheduled or reconfigured with the exception:
(a) Upon seller’s default which shall not have been corrected within thirty (30) days from customer's notice to such effect, or
(b)
With seller’s prior written authorization and in such event, customer
will be liable to seller for any additional costs and expenses incurred
by GCSL. Customer will pay for storage charges if GCSL holds products at
customer's request pending instructions or rescheduled delivery. In the
event of “goods return” customer is liable to pay shipping costs and
other charges/ expenses.
